Courta is the sports booking platform for Jordan.
Search, book, and manage your court reservations — all in one place. Real‑time availability, instant confirmation, and secure payment. No calls, no back and forth.
Just book and play.
Account data: full name, email address, mobile number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), profile picture if uploaded.
Booking & activity data: reservations (court, date/time, duration, price, discount, payment status, add‑ons), public match participation, coach bookings and session history, payment history and method.
Communications & verification: one‑time passcodes (OTP) sent by SMS/email during account creation and sensitive‑detail access requests, and support messages you send us.
Device & technical data: session tokens stored locally to keep you signed in, and basic device/browser information collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure.
Venue/tenant operational data (for Tenant admin accounts): court details, working hours, pricing, coach rosters, add‑on catalogs, and blocked‑user records maintained by a venue for booking‑abuse prevention.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers directly — card payments are processed by MadfooatCom for ePayments Company ("Madfoatcom"), a licensed Jordanian payment gateway, under their own bank‑grade security standards and compliance with local banking regulations.
Venue staff/admins can see reservations, contact info, and payment status for bookings made at their venue — but not your activity at other venues.
Coaches may see the names of players booked into their sessions.
Other players in a public match may see your display name and participation status.
Courta staff (platform operators) can access data as needed for support, fraud prevention, and platform operation.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years afterward for accounting, tax, and dispute‑resolution purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Blocked‑user records are retained by the venue that created them for as long as needed to prevent repeat abuse.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal/accounting retention obligations), or object to/restrict certain processing.

We use industry‑standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access‑gated sensitive‑detail views (OTP‑verified) for admin access to player contact details. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Courta is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure may process and store data in regions outside your own (per our hosting provider's data‑center locations). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email before they take effect.

Courta connects Players who want to book sports courts, join public matches, and book coaches, with Tenants (venue owners) who list and manage their courts, pricing, coaches, and availability through an admin dashboard.
Coaches listed on the platform may be independent contractors engaged by a Tenant, not employees of Courta.
Courta is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of coaching sessions; any disputes should first be raised with the venue that booked the coach.

The Courta name, app, dashboard, and underlying software are owned by Courta and may not be copied, reverse‑engineered, or redistributed without permission. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it as needed to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Courta is a booking facilitator between Players and Tenants; we are not liable for the condition of courts/facilities, the conduct of other players or coaches, or disputes between Players and Tenants, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid through the Service in the 6 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. Confirmed bookings at the time of termination are handled per the applicable venue's cancellation policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
